Together their vision has been to offer innovative, high quality products for the specialist. Norma Varndell has over 25 years of operations and distribution management experience and has been a licensed esthetician for 18 years. Ron Varndell has over 35 years of distribution management and sales experience. In addition to providing high quality products, Elegant & Natural Kosmetik offers monthly classes on both product and technique to help estheticians understand the full product line as well as keeping up-to-date on new techniques.
