Scotts Valley, The Terrace

Scotts Valley, The Grove:

Brand new townhomes are being developed in Scotts Valley. These properties go up to four bedrooms, and feature advanced home technology such as:

Scotts Valley, The Cove:

While the names are similar, this is a different community, currently in development in Scotts Valley. The Cove will feature 25 luxury townhomes, including 3 different two and three-level open concept floor plans, 2-car direct access garages, and high-end finishes throughout. Construction has begun, and the builder are expecting to have their first home done by early 2019.

An update: Construction on the site is moving along and they will be pouring their first foundations towards the end of October 2018. You will be able to make reservations in February or March and if all goes as planned, the first homeowners will be moving-in this coming spring or early summer. This timeline is highly dependent on the weather this winter season, along with a number of other variables, so please make sure and let us know if you are interested in this units so that we can keep you informed.

Soquel, Seaview Estates:

Seaview Estates offers two opportunities,

1. 1. Customize a pre-planned home.

1. Bring in your own team and design a home entirely to your taste.

For Lots 1 through 4, you can claim a parcel by paying a 1% reservation fee, which will give you access to a preselected design and build team. With the help of this team, over the course of the next 30 days you can select the finishes, appliances, fixtures and features that suit your lifestyle. The house will be completed within 1 year, and then you pay the balance of the sales-price.

If you already have an architect, designer, and interior decorator in mind, Lots 5 through 9 are listed as land-sale. The list price buys you a fully entitled parcel, including all utility hookups. You will have to pay a nominal water connection fee, a grandfathered “in-lieu” housing fee, and your final plans and permits will need to be submitted and paid. You can then you can get started building according to your personal vision.

Aptos, Aptos Village:

The vision Behind the Aptos Village project is to bring the heart of Aptos to life by building 65,000 square feet of commercial space and 69 new homes. The development is carefully planned over 11.5 acres, and will feature neighborhood conveniences such as a local grocery, shops, and new restaurants.

The residential side of this project will produce new two to three bedroom townhomes and condos.

Blackbird Homes, Watsonville:

With 4 distinctive and spacious floor plans, this subdivision, termed Blackbird Homes, will offer 48 townhomes ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet. See more, including plans, here.

Sunshine Gardens, Watsonville:

A unique collection of two, three and four bedroom luxury single homes and townhouses in Watsonville boarding breathtaking views of Pacific ocean and protected wetland. While subject to change, these units should be complete in early 2019 and they will be taking reservations in the winter of 2018.
